Considered and approved the appointment of Gupta Lakhani & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN No: 011894C), as Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial year 2026-2027 & 2027-28 under section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rule 13 of the Companies (Accounts) Rules, 2014. The information required to be submitted pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is provided in the enclosed Annexure-A. The meeting commenced at 10:30 am and concluded at 11:05 am.
