In continuation of its intimation dated March 17, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, Khazanchi Jewellers has informed that the Company, along with its group companies, has formed a charitable trust in the name of ‘Khazanchi Charitable Trust.’ The Trust Deed has been duly executed and registered on March 18, 2026. The Trust has been established to undertake Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
