In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Para B of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Industry Standards Note mandated by SEBI vide Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/25 dated 25th February, 2025, DEE Development Engineers has informed about the commencement of commercial production at the Company’s Seamless Pipe Manufacturing Plant. The requisite disclosure in the prescribed structured format is enclosed. The said disclosure is being made within 12 hours of occurrence of the event as required under Regulation 30(6) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, as the event emanates from within the listed entity. This disclosure is being simultaneously made to BSE and National Stock Exchange of India and is also being uploaded on the Company’s website www.deepiping.com in terms of Regulation 46(2)(n) read with Regulation 30(8) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
