Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Jetmall Spices And Masala has informed that the Hon’ble Regional Director, Southern Region, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, vide its order Sec 13(4)/ROC Chennai/AB8883654/RD Chennai/2026 dated March 18, 2026, received via e-mail on March 18, 2026, had approved: a) the Shifting of Registered Office of the Company from Chennai, in the State of Tamil Nadu to Union Territory of Chandigarh (within the jurisdiction of the Registrar of Companies, Punjab and Chandigarh); b) to alter Clause II of the Memorandum of Association of the Company. Pursuant to the above, the Company is allowed to alter Clause II of the Memorandum of Association of the Company to effect the above change and further developments in this regard will be intimated to the Stock Exchange from time to time. Brief details as required under Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are annexed as Annexure A.
