In furtherance to the intimation made by the Bank on March 18, 2026 in relation to resignation of Atanu Chakraborty as a Part-time Chairman and Independent Director of the Bank, HDFC Bank has confirmed that whilst the resignation letter of Atanu Chakraborty (annexed to the said intimation) was dated March 17, 2026, the same was received by the Bank on March 18, 2026 at 15.17 hours (IST).
