Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with the Company’s Policy on Determination and Disclosure of Material Events/Information, Aptech has informed that officials from an investigative authority visited the premises of the Company on March 18, 2026. The matter pertains to certain testing-related activities undertaken in the year 2022 under the Institutional Business segment, involving one of the Company’s subsidiaries, with a value of Rs. 19.9 lakhs. The Company clarifies that the examinations were conducted in accordance with established processes, applicable guidelines and audit protocols. Adequate audit trails and data integrity mechanisms have been maintained. The Company has extended full cooperation to the officials and has provided all necessary information and assistance. At present, there is no material impact on the Company’s operations, financial position or ongoing projects. The Company will keep the Stock Exchanges informed of any material developments in this regard, if any. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are provided in the Annexure. The Company continues to operate in the normal course of business.
