Precision Wires moves up on getting BIS certification for manufacturing of Copper Wire Rods
Commercial Production/Dispatch of the above product is expected to start very soon before the end of this financial year
Precision Wires India is currently trading at Rs. 310.05, up by 2.30 points or 0.75% from its previous closing of Rs. 307.75 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 301.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 312.10 and Rs. 299.05 respectively. So far 17669 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 355.90 on 10-Mar-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 118.35 on 08-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 323.80 and Rs. 277.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5660.60 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 56.62%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.39% and 42.00% respectively.
Precision Wires India has received the BIS certification for manufacturing of Copper Wire Rods in accordance with IS 12444 for its plant located in Valvada, Valsad, Gujarat. It is still awaiting for a copy of formal BIS Certificate.
Commercial Production/Dispatch of the above product is expected to start very soon before the end of this financial year. The above Copper Wire Rods will be used for captive consumption.
