Equitas Small Finance Bank informs about allotment of equity shares
Equitas Small Finance Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted today, March 04, 2026, 54,997 equity shares of Rs.10 each, to the option grantees who have exercised their options granted under the ESOP Scheme. The paid-up share capital of the Bank accordingly increases from Rs 11,40,98,80,630 to Rs 11,41,04,30,600. The new equity shares allotted shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares in all aspects.
