Telge Projects informs about acquisition
In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Telge Projects has informed that Telge Projects Inc., Subsidiary of the Company has approved acquisition of, and investment of USD 1,90,000 in, a Company viz. Edward Farr Architects, Inc., (‘EFA Inc’) on March 03, 2026 (date as per USA Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is given in Annexure A to this letter.
