Lloyds Engineering Works informs about appointment of monitoring agency
Pursuant to Regulation 82 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, Lloyds Engineering Works has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the appointment of Brickwork Ratings India, a SEBI registered Credit Rating Agency, as the Monitoring Agency for monitoring the utilisation of proceeds of the Rights Issue of equity shares of the Company. The said approval has been accorded by the Board of Directors through a Circular Resolution passed as on today, Wednesday, March 4, 2026. The same is also available on the website of the Company at www.lloydsengg.in.
