In furtherance to the disclosure made by the Company regarding appointment of Key Managerial Personnel vide letter dated March 2, 2026, Prism Johnson has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company have authorised various Key Managerial Personnel to determine the materiality of any information or transaction or event and disclosure thereof to stock exchanges pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 with effect from March 2, 2026.
