ADSTL has executed BTA to transfer of Defence unit of Punj Lloyd
Adani Enterprises’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Adani Defence Systems and Technologies (ADSTL) has executed a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) on February 28, 2026 with Punj Lloyd (PLL), regarding transfer of a Defence Unit of PLL situated at Malanpur to ADSTL.
