Superannuation of Sandeep Kumar Gupta (DIN: 07570165) as Chairman & Managing Director on the Board of GAIL (India) on 28th February 2026 and his consequent cessation as Nominee Director (GAIL) on the Board of the company with effect from 1st March 2026. 2. Nomination of Deepak Gupta (DIN: 09503339), Chairman & Managing Director, GAIL as a Nominee Director of GAIL on the Board of the company in place of Sandeep Kumar Gupta (DIN: 07570165). The details of Deepak Gupta (DIN: 09503339) shall be intimated after his appointment on the Board of the company in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
