KVS Castings informs about updates
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, KVS Castings has informed that the company has increased its overall installed production capacity and shall commence commercial operations at its new facility Unit2 commencing from opening of business hours of March 02, 2026. Details of the capacity enhancement are enclosed. The capacity expansion is aligned with the Company’s Initial Public Offer objective of Capital Expenditure towards purchase of plant and machineries. The detailed disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure – 1.
