Tata Motors informs about clarification on news item
With reference to the email dated February 27, 2026 seeking clarification/confirmation in respect of the news item published in the 'www.thehindubusinessline.com' dated February 27, 2026 captioned 'Tata Motors signs MoU with VOC Port Authority to deploy 40 green hydrogen-powered trucks.' at the outset, Tata Motors has informed that the information is not considered material as prescribed in Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. A copy of the press release issued by the Company on the aforesaid matter is attached as Annexure A.
