KP Energy surges on bagging LoA from Enerparc Energy

The LoA is for the development of a 40.8 MW Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Project in Gujarat

KP Energy is currently trading at Rs. 296.25, up by 8.70 points or 3.03% from its previous closing of Rs. 287.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 290.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 300.75 and Rs. 290.00 respectively. So far 9486 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 583.90 on 11-Jun-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 273.65 on 02-Feb-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 301.10 and Rs. 286.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1994.08 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 44.88%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.54% and 53.57% respectively.

KP Energy has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Enerparc Energy for the development of a 40.8 MW wind-solar hybrid power project in Gujarat, comprising around 20.2 MW of wind capacity and 20.6 MWp of solar capacity. The project has been awarded on a complete turnkey basis, encompassing supply, installation and commissioning of the project, development of evacuation infrastructure, facilitation of grid connectivity, and obtaining requisite statutory and regulatory approvals.
