Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels and Ambuja Neotia have jointly launched ‘The Park Unizen’, a hospitality-integrated development of serviced residences on EM Bypass, marking a significant addition to the city’s evolving urban corridor.

The project comprises 69 serviced residences and is positioned alongside the upcoming THE Park Hotel. Together, the two developments are envisioned to strengthen the corridor’s emergence as a mixed-use lifestyle destination.
