Suraj Estate Developers, Organic Recycling Systems and Adani Power to see some action today

Sigma Advanced Systems has secured fresh orders worth about Rs 100 crore from the Ministry of Defence and associated defence PSUs

Suraj Estate Developers has successfully completed the acquisition of 100% shares of Hally Pacific, a company that owns a strategically located vacant land parcel at Sayani Road, Prabhadevi, Mumbai. The acquisition has been completed pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement executed on February 20, 2026, for a total consideration of approximately Rs 30.40 crore, resulting in Hally Pacific becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. 

Organic Recycling Systems has secured a large-scale order (Rs 50-100 crore) order for its Bioenergy Project Development and EPC vertical from Shreyam Manek Agro Products. The order is for the construction of a state-of-the-art Integrated Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) and biofertilizer project in Damoh, Madhya Pradesh. The facility is designed to produce an output of 10 TPD (Tons Per Day) of CBG using agro feedstock and is part of larger integrated modern gaushala. Under the scope of this contract, ORSL will undertake equity participation, end-to-end EPC execution, encompassing detailed engineering, technology integration, supply of critical equipment, construction, installation, and commissioning of the facility.

Adani Power’s subsidiary -- Moxie Power Generation (MPGL) has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Tamil Nadu Power Distribution Corporation (TNPDCL) for supply of 558 MW (net) of power for a period of five years. Moxie Power operates a 1,200 MW (2X 600 MW) power plant in Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu. It emerged as the lowest bidder in a tightly contested bid by offering a tariff of Rs 5.910 per unit, with supply starting April 01, 2026. Now, both units of the plant have power supply agreements, and more than 95% of Adani Power’s total operating capacity is secured with medium to long-term contracts.

Sigma Advanced Systems has secured fresh orders worth about Rs 100 crore from the Ministry of Defence and associated defence PSUs. The wins underline continued customer reliance on the company for defence electronics and other mission-critical systems where qualification cycles are long and reliability standards remain stringent. The scope of work covers Surface-to-Air Missile (SAM) programmes that support next-generation air defence platforms, as well as Anti-tank missile programmes involving critical built-to-spec electronics and flight control systems. 

Cyient’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Cyient Inc has incorporated an entity ‘CDS Lavender Holdings, Inc.’ in Delaware, USA to engage in any lawful act or activity for which corporations may be organized under the General Corporation Law of Delaware. 

RNIT AI Solutions (RNIT) has successfully rolled out an AI-based Facial Recognition Attendance Management System (FRS) for Department of Education, in the Union Territory of Lakshadweep. This deployment represents the first implementation of such an AI-based attendance system in Lakshadweep.

One MobiKwik Systems’ wholly-owned subsidiary -- Mobikwik Securities Broking has received approval from the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) to commence its Stock Broking business. BSE has enabled MSBPL on its platform with effect from February 24, 2026. The BSE nod follows the grant of stock broking registration to MSBPL by the Securities & Exchange Board of India in July 2025. With the latest approval in place, the company is now authorized to begin broking operations on the BSE. This enables MSBPL to carry on the activities of buying, selling, dealing, clearing and settlement of equity trades.
