BF Utilities has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held on Monday, February 23, 2026 have considered, approved and took on record the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025 along with Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors, G. D. Apte & Co., Chartered Accountant in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. A copy of the same is enclosed as Annexure I. The same will also be made available on the Company's website www.bfutilities.com
