Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Tata Communications has informed that Bhaskar Gorti, Executive Vice President – Cloud and Cyber Security Services (Senior Management Personnel) has resigned and is relieved from the services of the Company with immediate effect February 23, 2026. The company has enclosed the following: a. Relevant details as prescribed under the SEBI Listing Regulations read along with the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, as amended, as Attachment A b.
