WeWork India Management has entered into a lease deed for capacity addition in Bengaluru, admeasuring 1,69,485 square feet, which will result in an increase in its operational capacity. The company’s existing capacity comprises of 1,21,638 desks, with a utilization rate of 83.90%. 

With this new lease deed, the company expects to add around 3,100 desks. The total cost for the proposed capacity addition is Rs 42 crore, which would be funded via debt or internal accruals. The proposed capacity is to be added tentatively on or before September, 2026. 

WeWork India Management is primarily engaged in the business of managed workspace provider and provision for allied services. Its membership offerings are designed to accommodate its members' distinct space needs and also provides its members the optionality to choose from a dedicated desk, a private office or a fully customized floor on a monthly subscription basis.
