MOIL informs about award of order
In continuation of letter No. CS/NSE-BSE/2024-25/325 dated 16.01.2025 regarding the demand for payment of GST under the reverse charge mechanism on MPGATSVA paid to the Mining Department of Madhya Pradesh, MOIL has informed that the Company had filed an appeal before the appellate authority against the aforementioned order. The appellate authority has ruled in favor of the Company, setting aside the original order. As a result, the entire GST demand, along with the associated penalty and interest, has been quashed. In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has informed that the Company has received an order from the appellate authority in this regard.
