In continuation to its earlier announcement dated February 18, 2026 and further developments thereto, Tips Music has informed that GST inspection or search operation was conducted by the Goods & Service Tax Department, Mumbai, Maharashtra, at the Account Office of the Company. The said operation commenced on February 17, 2026 and concluded on February 20, 2026. The Officers of the Company fully cooperated with the officials of the GST Department throughout the operation and provided all necessary documents, information, and clarifications as requested. There is no material impact on the Company's financials, operations or other activities. The relevant details as required under Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, are enclosed as Annexure A.
