Hypersoft Technologies informs about imposition of fine
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Hypersoft Technologies has informed that the Company has received an e-mail dated February 20, 2026, from BSE regarding the fine payable for the delayed submission of the statement on shareholder complaints within the period prescribed under this regulation under Regulation 13(3) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The delay of two days in submission was inadvertent and occurred due to oversight. The Company has taken note of the same and is strengthening its internal compliance monitoring mechanisms to avoid recurrence of such instances in future. Further, the details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, are enclosed as Annexure I.
