In compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), PSP Projects has informed that the Company has received an Order in Form GST DRC-07 from the Office of State Tax Officer, Ahmedabad under Section 74 of the GGST Act, 2017 read with CGST Act, 2017 and Section 20 of IGST Act, 2017 and applicable Rules thereunder. The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed as Annexure - 1 to this disclosure.
