Lotus Chocolate Company has informed that the Company proposes to undertake a detailed and systematic assessment of the current operational capacity and infrastructure of the Company’s manufacturing facility situated at Survey No 161/A, S.V. CO-OP Industrial Area, IDA Bollaram, Sangareddy District, Telangana. This plant operates as a legacy plant currently involved in the production of various chocolate-based products, including choco chips and choco slabs, mainly catering to business-to-business customers. This assessment is likely to involve a comprehensive review of the existing plant layout, machinery, and equipment. In order to facilitate planned activities, it is proposed to intermittently suspend the plant’s operations from February 24, 2026 for a period of fifteen days. During this period, the Company anticipates intermittent disruption to normal plant operations, which is not anticipated to have material impact on the sales.
