LMW informs about ESG rating
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January 2026, LMW has informed that the Company has received an ESG Rating from SES ESG Research Private Limited (SES ESG). Further noted that the Company has not engaged SES ESG for ESG Rating. SES ESG has independently prepared the report based on data available in the public domain. This intimation is also being made available on the website of the Company at www.lmwglobal.com
