Paras Defence incorporates subsidiary company
The company holds 60% of equity shares in the subsidiary
Paras Defence and Space Technologies has incorporated subsidiary in the name of ‘Paras Avionics’ on February 20, 2026. The subsidiary shall be engaged in systems and solutions for Avionic applications, manufacturing, testing, repair and overhauling systems for defence and aerospace platforms. The company holds 60% of Equity Shares in the Subsidiary.
Earlier, the company had completed the acquisition of 49% Equity Share Capital of Himanshi Thermal Solutions (Himanshi Thermal) from DefSpace Technologies (DefSpace) on February 19, 2026.
Paras Defence and Space Technologies is primarily engaged in the designing, developing, manufacturing, and testing of a variety of defence and space engineering products and solutions.
