WeWork India Management informs about updates
Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III - Part A, Para B of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, WeWork India Management has informed that the Company has entered into a lease deed for capacity addition in Bengaluru, admeasuring 1,69,485 square feet, which will result in an increase in its operational capacity. The details pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure A.
