Based on the scrutinizer report dated 20th February, 2026 on the Postal Ballot, the members of the Company have duly passed the Resolutions as set out in the said Notice with requisite majority. In view of the above, it has enclosed the following documents: Details of voting result in the format specified under Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; Report of the scrutinizer.
