Steel has informed that it enclosed the Postal Ballot Notice along with Explanatory Statement which is being sent to the Members for seeking approval on items of special business as mentioned in the said notice: In compliance with the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) from time to time, this Notice is being sent only through electronic mode to those members whose e-mail addresses are registered with Kfin Technologies the Registrar and Share Transfer Agents of the Company (the RTA) or with their respective Depository Participants (DP) as on the Cut-off date i.e. Friday, 13th February, 2026 (Cut-off date). The Notice containing e-voting instructions and other necessary details is available on the website at www.salsteel.co.in. The communication of the assent or dissent of the Members would only take place through the remote e-voting system only. The calendar of events for the Postal Ballot / e-voting is as details enclosed.
