Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India submits board meeting intimation
Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India has informed that this is with reference to letter dated 17th February 2026, wherein meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 25th February 2026, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st December 2025. In furtherance of the above, they informed Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India's Board of Directors may also consider the recommendation of dividend, if any, for the Financial Year ended 31st December 2025 at the aforesaid meeting to be held on Wednesday, 25th February 2026.
