Sky Industries enters into MoU with Government of Gujarat
The MoU is for the proposed establishment of a Technical Textiles & Apparels manufacturing unit with an investment of Rs 49 crore in Gujarat
Sky Industries has entered into Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Gujarat on May 02, 2026 at Surat, Gujarat as a part of Investment Promotion activity for Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference.
The MoU is for the proposed establishment of a Technical Textiles & Apparels manufacturing unit with an investment of Rs 49 crore in the State of Gujarat. This MoU is in the nature of a facilitation arrangement with the Government of Gujarat for the proposed project and does not constitute a binding commercial contract. The proposed unit is to be commenced in the year 2026.
Sky Industries is India's largest manufacturer of hook and loop tape fasteners. They are also the largest manufacturer of all kinds of elastics and other narrow fabrics.
