Elpro International has informed that in continuation of letter dated May 1, 2026 regarding the initial public announcement made by Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors, Manager to the offer, for and on behalf of I G E (India) and Zenox Technology Services (formerly known as Zenox Trading and Manufacturing) (Acquirers), part of the 'promoter group' of the Company, along with Surbhit Dabriwala and Yamini Dabriwala, as 'persons acting in concert' being the promoters of the Company, wherein the Acquirers have expressed their intention to voluntarily delist the equity shares of Elpro International Limited. By way of an update, Janmejay Singh Rajput & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, holding a valid peer reviewed certificate, and a certificate of practice number: 15012 (the Practicing Company Secretary), has been appointed in accordance with Regulation 10(2) of the SEBI Delisting Regulations to carry out due diligence and submit its report in accordance with Regulation 10(3) and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Delisting Regulations; and the Practicing Company Secretary has also been appointed in accordance with Regulation 10(5) read with Regulation 12(2) of the SEBI Delisting Regulations to submit the audit report as required under the SEBI Delisting Regulations.
