Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Oval Projects Engineering has informed that Aristos Advisory, having its registered office at 623-24, Homeland City, Piplod, Surat, Gujarat - 395017, which had been engaged by the Company to provide investor relations services, has ceased to act in such capacity with effect from May 1, 2026.
