Further, as intimated vide letter dated 25th March 2026 and pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the Company’s shares has been closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, from 1st April 2026 and shall remain closed until expiry of 48 hours from submission of Results to the Stock Exchanges.
