Goblin India informs about resignation of director
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015; Goblin India has informed that, Yatin Hasmukhlal Doshi (DIN: 02168944); has tendered his resignation from the position of Executive Director in the Company; with effect from close of business hours of 30 April, 2026; as he will no longer be able to devote his time to the Company (Copy enclosed). Moreover, he has confirmed that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than mentioned in his resignation letter. The disclosure requirement for above-mentioned event; as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, read with HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/1/3762/2026 dated 30 January, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure.
