Gautam Exim informs about trading window closure
Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Gautam Exim has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from 01st May 2026 for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The trading window has been closed in connection with the Proposed approval of Financial Results of the Company for the period ended on 31st March, 2026 and proposed sub-division (split) of equity shares and issue of bonus shares. The trading window shall remain closed till 31st May, 2026.
