Saffron Industries informs about resignation of CS cum CO
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Saffron Industries has informed that ARTI MURLIDHAR HEMNANI, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, has tendered her resignation from the position of Company Secretary (CS) & Compliance officer (CO) with effect from working hours of 1st may, 2026 due to personal reasons. The requisite disclosure as required as per requirement of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing obligations and disclosure requirements) regulations 2015 read with SEBI circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is given in Annexure A. The letter of resignation along with the detailed reason is annexed as Annexure A.
