In terms of Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Panabyte Technologies has informed that the company has received a Contract work order for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of Integrated Security and Surveillance System from an establishment under the Department of Defence Research & Development (DRDO), Ministry of Defence, Government of India. The company is thrilled and deeply honored to have been entrusted with this work from the prestigious organization. The details as required under Listing Regulations read with SEBl Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9 September 2015 and SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/ 123 dated 13 July 2023, is enclosed as Annexure-A.
