Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023 (the ‘Circular’) as amended from time to time relating to fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large entities, Nitco has confirmed that the company is not a large corporate and accordingly does not fall under the category of large corporates as specified in the circular and therefore the Disclosure and Compliances mentioned therein to be done by Large Corporates are not applicable to the Company as on March 31, 2026.
