ITCONS E-Solutions moves up on bagging new contract worth Rs 4.21 crore

The company has received contract from Khadi and Village Industries Commission

ITCONS E-Solutions is currently trading at Rs. 364.70, up by 4.90 points or 1.36% from its previous closing of Rs. 359.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 368.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 369.50 and Rs. 351.10 respectively. So far 1200 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'MT' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 620.00 on 30-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 230.50 on 01-Apr-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 369.50 and Rs. 351.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 328.53 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 64.52%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.23% and 35.25% respectively.

ITCONS E-Solutions has bagged a new contract from the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC), Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to provide 73 resources for a period of Two year.

The total contract value is Rs 4.21 crore inclusive of all taxes and duties. The contract is scheduled to commence on May 01, 2026 and shall remain in force until April 30, 2028 unless extended further by mutual agreement between the parties.
