Bharat Forge has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 and Regulation 50(1) of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Bharat Forge is scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 07, 2026, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026; and consider and recommend final dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Further, referring to communication dated March 26, 2026, and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for all Directors and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives and specified Connected Persons has been kept closed for dealing in the securities of the Company with effect from April 01, 2026. The trading window shall be re-opened for the aforesaid persons from Monday, May 11, 2026, to deal in the securities of the Company.
