Waaree Energies has reported results for the fourth quarter (Q4FY26) and year ended March 31, 2026.

The company has reported 60.81% jump in its net profit at Rs 933.56 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 580.52 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company has increased by 100.38% at Rs 6,978.25 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 3,482.50 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 71.45% jump in its net profit at Rs 1,061.10 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 618.91 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased 109.13% at Rs 8,659.98 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 4,140.92 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company has reported over two-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 3,762.46 crore as compared to Rs 1,781.17 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company has increased by 69.29% at Rs 22,377.58 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 13,218.46 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 98.74% jump in its net profit at Rs 3,711.30 crore as compared to Rs 1,867.39 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 83.52% at Rs 27,244.92 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 14,846.06 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
