L&T to sell entire shareholding in L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad)
Upon closing of the above transaction, L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) would cease to be a subsidiary of the Company
Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has executed a Share Purchase Agreement with Hyderabad Metro Rail, a Government of Telangana Enterprise, for disposal of its entire shareholding in L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad), a subsidiary of the Company, for a consideration of Rs 1,461.47 crore.
Upon closing of the above transaction, L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) would cease to be a subsidiary of the Company. The divestment is estimated to be completed by June 30, 2026.
