Further to letter dated 19th February 2026, 17th March 2026 and 2nd April 2026, CIE Automotive India has informed that, the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company was held today, Wednesday, 29th April 2026 at 3:30 pm (IST) through Video Conference (VC)/ Other Audit Visual Means (OAVM) without the physical presence of the Members at a common venue, in compliance with General Circular No. 03/2025 dated 22nd September, 2025 read with General Circular No. 20/2020 dated 5th May, 2020 and other relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (‘MCA Circulars’), and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’). In accordance with Regulation 30, read with clause 13 of Para A of Part A of the schedule III of Listing Regulations, the company has submitted the proceedings of the AGM and a summary of the businesses transacted at the AGM and result thereof.
