Delta Corp informs about update
Further to disclosure dated December 13, 2018, Delta Corp has informed that Writ Petition No. 317 of 2019 filed before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court seeking a direction that license be granted under Section 13A of the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act, 1976 to install games of electronic amusement/slot machines at the Deltin Hotel, has been dismissed by the Hon’ble Bombay High Court vide an order dated April 29, 2026. The Company is evaluating its legal options in this regard.
