Tanfac Industries has signed an agreement with Blue Star
Texmaco Rail & Engineering has bagged four orders having total value of Rs 187.28 crore from Southern Railway for Provision of interlocking arrangement at 183 Nos. of non-interlocked gates. The said orders are expected to be completed within 18 months from the date of issue of Letter of Acceptance.
Dalmia Bharat’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Dalmia Cement (Bharat) (DCBL) has entered into Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement (SSSHA) and a Power Consumption Agreement (PCA) to acquire 41% stake (26% on fully-diluted basis) in Oyster Green Hybrid Five, an SPV of Oyster Renewable Energy, in one or more tranches, at an aggregate consideration of Rs 17.35 crore (approximately), to source Hybrid Power (21.6 MW Wind + 14 MWp Solar) as a captive consumer for DCBL’s plant in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh. Above acquisition is subject to customary conditions precedent and is expected to be completed within four months.
Waaree Energies has received approval for raising of funds by way of issuance of Equity Shares, non-convertible debentures along with warrants, any other eligible securities convertible into Equity Shares of the Company, or any combination (collectively Securities) through permissible modes, for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 10,000 crore or an equivalent amount thereof by way of one or more Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) or through any other permissible mode and/or combination thereof. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on April 29, 2026 has, inter alia, considered and approved the same.
Tanfac Industries has signed an agreement with Blue Star, one of India’s leading airconditioning and commercial refrigeration company for entering into a Long-Term Contract for supply of fluorinated product. The agreement provides broad framework for supply of fluorinated product from 1st January 2027 and provides long term, sustained visibility.
ACME Solar Holdings (ASHL), through its wholly owned subsidiary i.e. ACME Surya Power, has commissioned the additional 35.714 MW / 160.512 MWh capacity of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project located at Village: Jaimalsar, Dist: Bikaner, State: Rajasthan, on April 29, 2026. The Commercial operation date (COD) for the same shall be May 01, 2026. With this, ACME Surya Power has achieved a cumulative commissioned capacity of 175.223 MW / 787.387 MWh.
Time Technoplast has received approval from the Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization (PESO) for the design and manufacturing of 250-litre high-pressure Type IV composite hydrogen cylinders intended for onboard applications in public transportation (buses) and goods carriers (trucks and trailers). This approval marks a significant milestone, as Time Technoplast becomes the first company in India to receive such authorization for this category of hydrogen storage systems. PESO has recommended the manufacture of initial prototype cylinders for joint inspection and testing, with the validation phase expected to be completed within the next 90 days.
The Indian Hume Pipe Company has received Letter of Acceptance (LoA) with order value of Rs 458.69 crore (excluding GST) from Public Health & Municipal Engineering Department, Hyderabad, Telangana for execution of work on Water Supply Improvement Scheme in Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation under UIDF Funding. The said order is to be executed in 24 months.
