The Board has, approved the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), along with the Auditor’s Report thereon and Declaration under Regulation 33(3)(d) of Listing Regulations are annexed.
