Yuken India has informed that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 29, 2026 has approved the appointment of Rakesh Kumar A as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company with effect from April 29, 2026. The details as required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are enclosed as Annexure A.
